In 2021, Overwolf formed a significant partnership with P&G, aiming to bridge the gap between the gaming community and a seemingly unrelated brand, Dawn dish soap, known for its environmental efforts. Together with our partners, we organized a Minecraft competition on Twitter, where participants were tasked with creating Minecraft builds celebrating Dawn's environmental initiatives.

During one of the kickoff meetings for the competition, I proposed that for each submission Dawn would pledge a $5 donation to one of the two Marine Wildlife causes it supports. This proposal was accepted by Overwolf's management and our partner, resulting in the competition raising over $10,000 in support of Marine Wildlife causes.

The cause struck a chord with gamers, and we received numerous responses from individuals acknowledging that their creations might be quite simple and unlikely to win, yet they still participated wholeheartedly to help support the cause.
